Hello, I’m Kelly.
Five years ago, I started my health journey on accident when I read a book called Seven, by Jen Hatmaker. The premise of the book was SIMPLIFICATION, in the book was a challenge: to eat only seven foods for one month. What that simple challenge unearthed was food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies, and my passion for health was born.
I’m on a mission to help everyone look and feel their best, just as you were created.
