I wanted a ranch dressing that was both delicious AND dairy free. I was up to the challenge and combined some research to come up with what I believe is the BEST EVER RANCH. (sorry for the caps, just, I’m excited)

Store bought, shelf-stable ranch has lots of fillers like soy, and is usually made with subpar ingredients to keep it cheap. Thankfully this ranch dressing solves those issues without sacrificing taste.

Yields1 Serving

 1 cup Homemade Mayo
 ½ cup Full Fat Canned Coconut Milk
 1 Handful Parsley, Dill or Both
 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 1 tsp Onion Powder
 Salt & Pepper To Taste

After making homemade mayo combine half a jar of mayo (about 1 c.) with above ingredients in wide mouth mason jar.

Use immersion blender to blend all together. To make thicker mayo use less red wine vinegar for thinner mayo use more.

Use as dip, sauce, dressing, anything you want!
